Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as agreed in the project contract. The Starlex retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Starlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
